At any time the user decides not to receive/send further information, they should contact us and inform us.

The GAPRES, located in Lisbon, is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in this policy. A responsible element in charge of data protection and security has been determined internally by our company (data manager).  

4. Retention of Personal Data

Personal data is stored and kept, depending on the aforementioned purposes, for a period of time relative to that objective. Personal data whose purpose is the sending of service proposals (or quotes and information regarding new products and/or services) from GAPRES will be kept for a period of 1 (one) year after the last contact. In specific cases, personal data (such as Name and Company) may remain stored if the owner allows it. However, the user may, at any time, request that such data be removed, according to the right present in point 5 of this Privacy Policy, mentioned below.  

5. Right of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Limitation of Processing, and Portability of Personal Data

At any time, the user has the right to access their personal data, as well as its rectification, export, consultation, exclusion or forgetting, portability, delimitation, and/or opposition to data processing. The user may also file any complaints they deem necessary with the authority indicated for this purpose. GAPRES also grants the user the right to transmit their stored personal data to another service provider to be designated by the user.
